If you’re in the area, I hope you’ll stop in for great art and conversation. You’ll see brand new art from three Dakota Landscape painters, and we’ll be there to talk art with you!

On a personal note, I had a super exciting drive on Monday to drop off art for the Rehfeld’s exhibition.
There was a several hour window of low wind and above 0 temps, which I am very grateful for! And then Monday night the real weather started… Last night it got down to -35 / -53 with windchill, which means that there was over 100 degrees difference between outside and inside. I hope you are all staying safe and warm!!
The last few months I’ve been in the studio just about every day (except a few days around Christmas), and I’d been missing hang-out time with my son. The schools are all closed here because of the dangerous weather, and since all my art is all delivered, I’ve been able to enjoy the snow days and play with him during the school-out. It’s been really nice. I hope that doesn’t sound glib; I know this weather has been a real danger for some.
I’ve got a new page for farm paintings. If you get a chance, check it out and let me know what you think.

By Friday the storm should have passed, and I hope you’ll come out to enjoy some art!
Best wishes, and stay warm.
