I love painting apples. These ones were fun apples because they’re mottled – red with a little peach and lime green. This came out very buttery looking. Oil paint on raw wood, approx 6x6in.

I saw your work on etsy and love your apples! Fun to know an artist such as yourself lives close to us.(Coeur d’Alene) My daughter, Abi, and I are artists, also. We have websites with Fine Art Studio Online. They are great to be linked up with and very helpful when you have questions. I like the freedom of your brushstrokes. They are done with much confidence. Just wanted to encourage you. I think there are great things ahead for you. Susan Gutting
